Creole Seasoning

I get in my mood for something with a little spice every now and then, so.. I just Mix up a batch of this seasoning and keep it on hand for giving just about any savory dish a “kicked-up” flavor. It’s wonderful for roasting vegetables, adding to rice or potato dishes and grilling meat! It’s out of this world on the grill, in Gumbo’s, and Jambalaya! Or, just sprinkling a little on a piece of meat, and roasting it!

Glad you posted the creole seasoning. I’ve been using for a while. Those who are salt sensitive simply leave out the salt. We’ve made many of you recipes, because they are adaptable and easy. Thanks,
