Brownie in a Mug

A friend of mine posted this on Facebook, and I’m not going to lie.. Ten minutes after seeing it I couldn’t stop myself from trying it.. And guess what? It’s amazing! This would be ideal for all those who are going to live in a dorm.. You don’t even need an oven, just a microwave! It’s one of the easiest things I have ever made!

You will need;
~1/4 cup sugar
~1/4 cup flour

~2 tbsp oil
~3 tbsp water (or leftover coffee!)
~scoop of ice cream
~drizzle of caramel

Directions;
Add all dry and mix..

Microwave 1 minute and 40 seconds. It’s hot! (be careful!) top with ice cream and drizzle of caramel.. Eat!

It’s very rich and yummy, and will satisfy any chocolate lovers craving!

Extra tip: Add some chocolate chips or broken up candy bar before you microwave to add a molten lava cake effect, or add some nuts, marshmallows.. Caramel chip, or even a little peanut butter to make it ever better! Be creative and enjoy!!

Enjoy!
