Simple Cinnamon Apples

Hey everyone, It’s been a busy week and I haven’t really had a chance to make a new dish.. So you get something simple today. This is a way to get kids to eat more fruit!

You will need;
~3 large Apples, your choice, chopped
~1 tablespoon cinnamon
~1 tablespoon brown sugar
~1/2 teaspoon salt
~1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

After you’ve chopped up the apples, coat them in the lemon juice to keep them from turning brown. Mix the salt, cinnamon, and sugar and then coat the apples in in. You can serve this as a side, on a peanut butter sandwich, in cereal, in muffins, or in oatmeal! The possibilities are limitless! This is also amazing with pears!

Enjoy!
