If you’re reading this, it means you’ve found my cooking blog.

Who am I?  Well, my name is Pami, and I love food.  I’m not a gourmet chef, nor am I a professional photographer.  I post my real recipes with sometimes bad photos.  I just needed a creative outlet for my cooking adventures.

So, yeah, hopefully you find something you enjoy here!  I enjoy feedback, so please leave comments and Like Om Nomalicious on Facebook!

A little more about me?  Sure!  I’m a married stay at home mom living in Southern New Jersey.  I have one daughter, one son, and three furbabies.

I love to cook.  I love to craft.  I love to sew.  I just…. love to create in general.  My newest addiction is photography.  I’m not meant to be a food photographer.  I get that, but I do know how to rock a landscape.

I have an unhealthy obsession with dinosaurs..

If you want to know more about me (or want to see the aforementioned landscape photos), go read and follow my personal blog.

I would say that even though I am a single man, presently 25 living in Essex County, NJ, I would say that we have some stuff in common. I have a disability (like Jessica’s Mom), and I do have some New Jersey identity. Sometimes I feel like I relate more towards my rural Midwestern past though. My favorite place that I have lived was Southern Illinois, where the biggest city close by is actually in Missouri. I was 8 hours south of my hometown of Chicago, and we were surrounded by the massive Illinois Soy industry (Illinois largest produce item) and the beautiful foothills of the Ozark Mountains. The only time I remember that town got mentioned in national news is when the local deer population kept on attacking college students passing by. Made it into a little single paragraph into the New York Times, and that was it. South Jersey reminds me a lot of how humble and quiet it was in the rural Midwest.

It so nice to meet a fellow New Jerseyan!

South Jersey is definitely a lot different than I expected when I moved here. There are farms and state parks! I love it here.

Your Illinois town sounds amazing, though! It reminds me of my hometown in Central Pennsylvania. My mom owned a few acres, and my brother and I spent a lot of time just hanging out in the woods. Nothing exciting ever happened there, either. Well, for the most part.

Thanks for stopping by! I’m looking forward to checking out your blog 😀
